Within the virtual job fair space, you can:
  • Visit employer booths in the Exhibit Hall learn about their remote jobs, their company culture, and why they value work flexibility.
  • Chat live with employers/recruiters and get interviewed through chat and video conference within booths or in the Networking chat.
  • Save valuable documents and videos from employers to review before applying in your Swag Bag.
  • Watch webinars in the Auditorium from hiring representatives about their company.
  • View and apply to fresh and exciting jobs from these top remote companies!
This is a live online event on September 17, 2020 between 10am-5pm EST. You can participate anywhere that you have Internet access, and the event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices. You do not need to be in attendance for the entire time the virtual job fair is open, and can come and go throughout the event time as needed.
First, make sure you are logged into your active FlexJobs account. Then, visit https://flexjobs.vfairs.com/ and click the Log In button. Be sure to check your Reminder emails for any additional information.
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet.
You can visit the employer booths to chat with hiring representatives, either as part of a group chat or through one-on-one messages. They may also initiate chat sessions with you directly, so be sure to upload your resume to catch their eye!
No. Some employers may have the ability to request a video chat, but it is not required in order to participate.

Yes. Like any physical event, we will have a swag bag for you! You can add all of the documents available to the online swag bag in your account and then email them to yourself
